
If you love warm, comforting beverages but don’t want the jitters of caffeine, then you need to learn how to make a turmeric latte. Sometimes I want to hold a warm mug of something, but drinking coffee late in the day can really mess up sleep. Not so with turmeric lattes!
Not only are they delicious, but they are full of antioxidants and can provide so many health benefits.

- Immune-boosting antioxidants. This is especially great for the fall/winter months when flu and other viruses are spreading!

Dairy Free Turmeric Latte Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 3 cups unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oat milk in a saucepan on the stove on medium heat.
- Add all other ingredients to oat milk and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, lower the heat to simmer and keep stirring until all ingredients have dissolved.
